A press conference was held in Habiganj to seek the Prime Minister's kind attention as a victim and helpless family. Hira Mohammad Talukder read a written statement on behalf of this family at the Habiganj Press Club auditorium last Sunday (April 14) at noon. He is the son of Bashir Mohammad Talukdar of Radhanagar and Natirpur Talukdar of Habiganj city.

In the written statement, it is mentioned - Police Station and District - Habiganj, Mauza-Sultan Mahmudpur, J. L, No.-17 Therefore respectfully, the prayer on behalf of the petitioners in the above matter is the property owned by the petitioner's father in Pattani Taluk. According to the provisions of section 4 of Ordinance No. 10 of 1984, the total amount of land is 19.80 acres as per the standard 60 bigha ceiling and the total amount of land is 231.7684 out of 14 annas share of the petitioners and 2 annas share of Sarkar Bahadur. According to the plan given by the present government, it is agreed to take measures to pay the compensation of Khatian at the rate of 3 times.

The 2nd Schedule land belonging to the 1st Schedule The Hon'ble Supreme Court High Court Division on 05/02/2024 issued a stay order on Nalisha property till the said rule is settled. Petitioner 1(c) Hira Mohammad Talukdar v. Government of Bangladesh Govt. The land of the 2nd Tapsheel is 10.7850 acres of land and is being used by the families of the recorded owners. 1694 DP Khatian Dag No-5862 in the name of Dewan Ali Gong in the year 1955, recorded in eight anna portion, as opposed to Bashir Mohammad Talukdar alias Bashir Uddin Talukdar, father of the petitioners in 1694 Khatian 5862 Dag, against Dewan Ali Gong, as per Section 1936/119(1). Objection No. 28, Mauza Name and No. Sultan Mahmudpur, Thana Habiganj Former District Sylhet 269 dated 30/9/55, Objection Case No. 28/1955, said Bashir Mohammad Talukdar became the owner of 13 (thirteen) annas 4 pies of land, that The suit is recorded in different groups in the 1694 Khatian in opposition to the petitioners' father. Ejmali is recorded in column 23 at 5862 spots. Bashir Mohammad Talukder alias Bashir Uddin Talukder, Ain Ullah, Saudagar Ullah, Noor Ali. Later Hon'ble Additional District Judge Court in Habiganj Civil Revision Litigation No-15/2008 on 14/03/2010 order and judgment was received by Bashir Mohammad Talukdar. 14 (fourteen annas) became the owner and Sarkar Bahadur A 2 (two annas). It must be stated that CC Suit No-6/78-79 was filed against petitioner's father Bashir Uddin Talukder alias Bashir Mohammad Talukder for arrears of rent. Pursuant to the said litigation, Settlement DP Khatian No-1694 of which Settlement Final Khatian No. 1866 marks 5862, 5815, 5816, 5817, 5818, 5819, a total of 36.50 acres, Sarkar Bahadur collected rent from the petitioner's father. The father of the petitioners in the said suit settled the said suit by paying all the dues.

In a written statement, Hira Mohammad Talukdar said - The land mentioned by Nalisha Tapsheel is the property of my father's wife Taluk. Police Station and District Habiganj, Former District Sylhet, Nalisha Tapsheel Bhumi Mauza Sultan Mahmudpur, J.L. No.-17, Revenue 237, 238, Mauza Sultan Mahmudpur No. 24 Taluk Bashir Mohammad Talukdar Tauji No-54756, 54757 and Taluk Tauji No- 55784 , 55785, 55781 in the name of Bashir Mohammad Talukdar alias Bashir Uddin Talukdar in his name under the provisions of the State Acquisition and Tenancy Act, 1955 in the name of 1955 Settlement DP Khatian in the name of sixteen annas 1 portion. Which Settlement DP No-1420/8. (four) Annas, 1694. (four) Annas, 1695-1700-1703, 2101/1(4), Khatiane. four annas 2102/1(3). A total of four annas is recorded in many khatians in sixteen annas parts. Out of the said sixteen annas portion, Bashir Mohammad Talukdar alias Bashir Uddin Talukdar father of the petitioner was the owner and owner occupier of fourteen (fourteen) annas portion and two annas in the name of Sarkar Bahadur. Later which is final SA Khatian No-1866, 1549/1 which is recorded in the name of our father Bashir Mohammad Talukdar alias Bashir Uddin Talukdar, Ain Ullah, Saudagar Ulla, Noor Ali and others and Nimish Chandra Saha and Sarkar Bahadur. If wrongly recorded in the name of Dewan Aligong and others, then against the said wrong record, the plaintiff filed an RG against the defendants and prayed for correction of the RG of the amount of money and logistics.

Hon'ble Joint District Judge (1st) court of Habiganj granted the RG amendment application of the plaintiff at the end of the hearing. Nalisha Bhumi Niya filed by the plaintiffs Hon'ble Joint District Judge 1st Court Habiganj Ownership 06/2003 judgment on the last 19/04/2022 and judgment and decree dated 26/04/2022 of the petitioners i.e. Afshar Mohammad Talukdar Gong vs. Kashem Ali Gong for the plaintiffs. Defendant, going against the plaintiff, we are dissatisfied with the said judgment and decree in the Hon'ble High Court Division FA 36/2022, as the title appeal and repetition heir, we give the 8 weeks rule of the Hon'ble High Court Civil Roll No-718 (F) of 2022 first. Petitioner 1(c) Hira Mohammad Talukdar Gong v. Government of Bangladesh Order to show cause 24/11/2022. Later the status quo was ordered on 05-04-2023 and 20/08/2023. Which later the High Court Division of the Hon'ble Supreme Court issued a status quo order on the property of the 2nd ascetic belonging to Nalisha 1st ascetic until the said rule is settled on 05/02/2024.
